Pet Hair — Medium
Hair that has begun working into the pile. Pile-lifting tools and repeated passes, section by section.
For the everyday daily driver
Deeper attention inside and out for a car that is actually being used. Visible buildup, moderate soil, neglected crevices and a proper decontamination — this is the level most vehicles genuinely need, and the one we recommend most often.
Condition Fit
This is the broadly applicable option. If the car has been driven hard for a few months and never quite kept up with, this is the booking.
Dull paint under a layer of traffic film, dried water spotting, bug residue on the front end and wheels the colour of the brake dust on them.
Door jambs, sills, seat rails and the seams either side of the console — the places a quick clean never reaches, holding months of grit.
Sticky rings in the cupholders, dust settled into every seam, and surfaces that have gone slightly tacky from being wiped but never properly cleaned.
If the car is only a couple of weeks past its last clean, The Maintenance Detail will do it for less. If the interior is stained or the carpets need extracting, go up to The Reset.
Overview
We are filming a full walkthrough of this detail from arrival to final inspection, so you can see exactly what four to six hours in your driveway actually buys.

Scope
Everything in The Maintenance Detail, and then the work that a maintained car never needs.
Road film is softened and lifted before anything solid touches the paint. Most wash marring happens in the first thirty seconds; this is how we avoid it.
Two buckets, a clean mitt worked in straight lines panel by panel, rinsed between sections. Lower panels last, never with the same media as the roof.
Iron and traffic fallout dissolved off the paint rather than scrubbed. This is the step that makes the difference you can feel with your hand afterwards.
A clay medium over lubricated paint to lift what chemistry could not. Bonded contamination comes off; existing scratches do not, and we will not claim otherwise.
Faces and barrels within reach, arches cleared, tyres cleaned and evenly dressed, every jamb wiped out.
Plush towels laid rather than dragged, filtered air through every trim gap, then all exterior glass cleaned and rechecked in raking light.
A protective layer over decontaminated paint. Not a coating, but it holds for months and makes every wash after this one safer.
Seats, carpets, mats and boot, including seat rails, under the seats and the gaps beside the console where everything collects.
Air tools and detailing brushes through vents, switch surrounds, seat seams, belt anchors and the console gaps. This is where the hours actually go.
Dash, console, door cards and cupholders cleaned properly rather than wiped — including the tacky residue a wipe alone just moves around.
Isolated marks on fabric and carpet treated where they will respond. Set-in staining is a Reset job, and we will tell you which yours is.
Leather and vinyl cleaned then conditioned to an even satin finish. No greasy shine, no slippery steering wheel.
Every window from the inside including the full windscreen sweep, then mats returned, seats reset and a walk of the car with you.
How we work
Chemistry is chosen for the material in front of us, not for what is cheapest to buy by the drum. Leather, coated fabric, piano-black plastic and anodised trim all want different things, and the wrong choice is what leaves a surface looking cloudy six months later.
Equipment is maintained like the cars. Filters get changed, pads get washed, and anything that has touched the ground is out of service until it has been cleaned properly.
Microfiber is sorted and zoned. Paint towels never touch wheels, interiors never share with exteriors, and nothing gets a second lap around the car after it has been dropped.
You hear from us before, during and after — a text before arrival, a walkaround before we start, and an inspection with you before we leave. We protect the surrounding property, contain our runoff, and keep the noise down because someone lives next door.
Limits
This service goes deep, but it is not the deepest. These conditions need the equipment, chemistry and hours that only The Reset Detail carries.
Liquid that has reached the padding underneath needs a machine, repeated passes and drying time. A spot treatment will not touch it.
Smoke lives in the headliner, the foam and the ventilation system. Reaching it is a different service, usually with an odour treatment on top.
Hair this far into the pile is measured in hours, not minutes. It is priced separately by severity so nobody pays for someone else's dog.
Book the level that actually fits. Paying for Standard and hoping it covers a Reset condition just means a disappointing afternoon for both of us.
Scope and condition
Two cars booked for the same service can take a different amount of time. Here is what actually moves it, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
How much is on the car, and how long it has been there. Fresh soil lifts away; the same soil left for months has bonded, and removing it safely takes longer.
Perforated leather, woven headliners and open-pore wood all limit what can be used and how aggressive it can be. Where a material sets a limit, that limit wins.
Third rows, child seats, roof boxes and a fully loaded boot all add time. We will not remove a child seat, and we will not clean under one that is installed.
An XL van is not simply a bigger sedan — it is more glass, more jamb, more carpet and a taller roof. That is why the price moves with vehicle class rather than a flat rate.
The order of operations is fixed. When a step needs longer, it gets longer, and the finish time moves rather than the standard.
We walk the car with you before starting. If the condition needs more than this service covers, you hear the number then — never afterwards, and never mid-job.

Proof
Same camera position, same light, same car. The only thing that changes between the two frames is the work.
Illustrative reference images, not photographs of client vehicles. These are placeholders until our own before-and-after work is shot.
Add-Ons
None of these are part of The Standard Detail, so they are priced and timed separately. Prices follow the vehicle class you selected above.
Hair that has begun working into the pile. Pile-lifting tools and repeated passes, section by section.
Agitated, steamed and extracted rather than surface-cleaned. Expect drying time before the car is back to normal.
The same process on upholstery. Effective on soil and light staining; permanent dye damage will not lift.
Source removal first, then treatment. Honest odds: cooking and gym smells usually go, heavy smoke often only fades.
Maintenance Plans
You have just paid for a car that is properly clean. A plan is how it stays that way — a Maintenance Detail on a set cadence means never needing a Standard again just to catch up.
Members save 20–40% on every Maintenance Detail depending on cadence — between $34 and $98 per visit depending on your vehicle class. Members also get 50% off The Standard Detail or The Reset Detail, up to twice a year.
Service area
Pasadena and the surrounding LA metro. We come to your home or your workplace, whichever is easier on the day.
Booking
A 20% deposit reserves your mobile appointment window. We book a limited number of vehicles a day, so a held window is one nobody else can take.
It comes off the total, not on top of it. The balance is settled on the day, once you have walked the car with us.
Book Service
Four to six hours in your driveway and the car comes back to a standard it probably has not been at in a while. Not sure this is the right level? Send us a few photos and we will tell you.
